Genesis 1: 28b: …and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: (Pa Joe is singing and smiling) “I am walking in power, I am walking in miracle, I live a life of favor, cause I know who I am”

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: Good day Pa Joe. Why are you so excited today, and who has given you power?

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: Good day Doris. I am indeed happy and grateful this morning, because I have been given a great power.

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: Great power? How?

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: (Smiles) Yes! Great power! That is, the power to dominate. This power was given to me in the very beginning by my Creator.

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: Really? And is it given only to you?

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: Doris this power is real and does exist. But it is not given to me alone. It is given to everyone created in the image of God. For His word says in Genesis 1: 28b “…and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”
This means that dominion power has been given to us and is still being given to us by our God and Creator.

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: Pa Joe are you so sure? For if this is true why are people still living in fear and doubt like they don’t have the power? Some even go to the extent of seeking power from the devil.

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: Good question Doris. A lot of people are ignorant of this dominion power because of sin. When a person begins to commit sin, the knowledge and presence of the dominion power begins to disappear, till it is finally gone.

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: Really?

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: Yes dear. For example in Genesis chapter 3, after the first man and woman sinned against God, the dominion power given to them was taken. And they began to live their lives in fear. This is the negative effect of committing sin.

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: Sin must really be bad.

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: Yes dear it is. The devil paints it to be sweet and easy, but the end result is death. As seen in Proverbs 14:12 (There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.)

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: Hmm. This is an eye opener Pa Joe.

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: Yes dear it is. And that is why we must run away from it, because when a person begins to commit sin, the knowledge and presence of the dominion power is being taken away.

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: Thanks Pa Joe. I am always enlightened whenever I converse with you.

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: I am glad you are. Remember Doris, God has given us dominion power right from the very beginning and He is still ready to give us more. But this right and privilege can only be taken away when sin is being committed.

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€: (Repeats what Pa Joe just said) “this right and privilege can only be taken away when sin is being committed.” Thank you Pa Joe for this quote.

πŸ‘΄πŸΎ: You’re welcome Doris. I am glad you have been blessed by this, and I believe this also blessed our dear readers.
